Mimi’s previous career in general business management saw her specialise in managing day hospitals and surgeons, a role she performed for 10 years. However, during that time Mimi nursed a secret passion for building. She loves everything about design and planning that goes into the creation of buildings and homes.
With this in mind Mimi set her heart on a career change and she undertook a Diploma of Building Surveying in order to enhance her skill base with a view to securing a management role within the building industry. For the next 8 years Mimi worked with a successful Developer and Builder who created master planned communities and high-rise apartment buildings. In the last few years Mimi transitioned into property management where she managed the developers held building assets and properties.
Mimi’s strength is her communication and people skills. With her management background and building experience she is committed to achieving successful financial outcomes for landlords and renters by providing the same care and attentiveness to your property as she would her own. Away from work Mimi enjoys spending time with my family, retail therapy & going to the beach house and turning her phone off.
